| Qualifications: | Degree in the economic field, finance, banking or related fields. Proven capability to work efficiently in international projects. Developed analytical and communication skills (verbal and written). Professional certificate is a plus. A high level of willingness to travel (2-3 week business trips) is a must. |
| Duties: | Holding of seminars and workshops, staff training. Assessment of internal procedures and policies, organizational structure, internal control system; elaboration of methodological materials, recommendations. Elaboration and implementation of new credit products. Consultancy services. Successful implementation of a project. Progress reports on the project implementation. Monitoring and assessment of adequacy and efficiency of the internal control in the credit process. |
| Professional experience: | At least 5-7 years of practical experience in banking, micro financing; the international experience in credit and risk management projects is a plus; Work for an audit company/major consulting company would be an asset. |
| Language skills: | Russian – excellent command of Russian;English – written and spoken at least “upper intermediate” level. |
